Consultations and Payment

All sessions are scheduled to last for approximately 60-90 minutes. This may vary slightly depending on the client’s individual needs.

The number of sessions required varies with each individual client and the issues being treated.

Claire will assess your situation during the initial consultation and provide you with a realistic idea of how many sessions you are likely to need.

Fees are payable in full at the end of each appointment, with a deposit for the next appointment, by cash or cheque with guarantee card.

Cancellation Policy

The deposit paid in advance for the next appointment will be lost if an appointment is cancelled or broken without 48 hours notice.

Confidentiality

Clients can expect complete confidentiality at all times regarding any information exchanged between themselves and the therapist in accordance with the NCH Code of Ethics and Conduct.

Each client will be required to disclose relevant personal and medical information to the therapist, and agrees to the therapist contacting their GP if necessary. Some situations/conditions may require permission from the client’s GP before treatment may begin. The client will be recommended to obtain medical advice when this is necessary.

Each client can be assured of being treated in a conscientious, supportive manner with the highest professional and ethical standards. As a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy, Claire is bound by their Code of Ethics and Conduct. Clients have the right of access to the NCH complaints procedure in the event of a grievance. This can be found at www.hypnotherapists.org.uk

Although treatments provided by Claire Taylor Therapy have been proved highly effective in helping achieve client expectations, there are no guarantees regarding treatment outcomes. All therapies practiced rely on the individual client wanting to achieve their goals.
