Claire is a qualified Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist and Life Coach. Claire’s therapeutic qualifications are awarded from the National Council for Hypnotherapy, Northern College of Further Education and the Academy of Clinical and Medical Hypnotherapy. The qualifications are further validated by The Hypnotherapy Association, The General Hypnotherapy Standards Council and The National Council of Psychotherapists.

However, prior to training as a therapist, Claire would quite openly say that she "didn’t know what to be when she grew up". That was until she chose to have hypnotherapy to rid herself of her love of puddings. After just one session of hypnosis Claire no longer craved sweet food, it was that instant! When the opportunity to leave work presented itself shortly afterwards, Claire didn't hesitate to change her career and life so that she could help others discover the results hypnotherapy can offer. Claire has a Masters Degree and had 25 years work experience in a variety of industry sectors including Higher Education; Child Care and Playwork; Recruitment; Advertising; and Corporate Debt Management. This provided her with a wealth of experience working with both adults and children in very different settings, roles and seniority of role.
