your life

Ever wondered why everything good seems to happen to other people and not you?

Stuck in a negative thought cycle? "There’s no point, it’ll never change." "Why does it never happen for me?"

Lynn Grabhorn explains the simple theory of physics... like attracts like.

Negative thoughts attract negative events. Positive thoughts and feelings attract positive events and changes... it’s that simple!
Start thinking positively, feeling positively, make your hopes and dreams a major part of your life... and then just watch those hopes and dreams become your reality. It’s a book to keep by your bedside to pick up on your down days... the theories may just work for you... they certainly did for me! Ask me and I’ll explain the major life changes which have occurred for me after reading this book...

Louise Hay explains to us what should be so obvious, but I’d certainly never thought of it in her terms before... We are in control of our own thoughts! No one else can influence our thoughts... we allow ourselves to be annoyed by something, to be happy about something, to laugh at something – it is how we personally interpret life... our thoughts... take control of them and see what happens... (by the way, that is sometimes a lot more difficult than it sounds, but the book gives you the tools to be able to achieve success).

For anyone who would is stuck in a negative thought cycle, who would like to feel more positive, or who would just like to see what is possible by thinking and feeling more positive more of the time... this book is a delight to read and follow.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading the book and am using my own positive affirmations... although the book suggests many to get you started...

Louise Hay goes on to suggest that many illnesses are actually caused by negative feelings and suggests ways to help release the feelings to allow the illness to dissipate... whether you choose to go along with this final chapter is personal choice... but, for me, the rest of the book is worth its weight in gold and one which I recommend to many of my clients.

This book is a fantastic read, I couldn’t put it down...

Brandon Bays believes that we store negative emotions in the cells of our body. It is these unresolved negative emotions which cause illness.

Brandon herself cured a large cancerous tumour in her stomach by dealing with the issues from her childhood which she’d stored away. Her cancer disappeared completely in under two months and she has now helped hundreds of people to do the same for themselves.

Does it work?

It could be a coincidence, but an illness I had recently disappeared without the medical intervention I’ve required in the past by me following Brandon’s system! I continue to work with the book because if it does work, I want to keep it in the forefront of my mind to take full advantage of it, who wants to be ill!

Nutrition

Claire’s review:

your life

Victoria Johnson, was once told she was in danger of dying from her unhealthy eating habits. There started an incredibly journey of research into nutrition and exercise. She calls her programme "Thin Thighs" but realistically its just about eating healthily and exercise to create a curvy, toned body.

Her advice comes in the form of eBooks and MP3 recordings. It won’t suit everyone as it is written. I had to adapt the various diet plans to suit the foods I like and can eat. But the advice is incredibly sound and really makes a noticeable difference to your life. Amazingly you find yourself eating more than you ever expected – particularly if you’ve ever tried to count calories or ‘points’ in the past! I can honestly say it works... even without the exercise programme (which comes with it).

Exercise

I love this DVD. Apparently it’s the best bits from her previous DVDs. Its in very handy half hour segments:

  • Aerobic
  • upper body
  • lower body
  • kick fit, and
  • yoga.

I can do this dvd every single day and never get bored, its hilarious... but I have to warn you, its hard work – expect to sweat!

For anyone who wants to see their whole body tone up, its fantastic.

I started using this DVD after going to a gym at least 4 times a week over three months. I had seen some results on the top half of my body, but the bottom half (where I really needed the help) hadn’t seen any change at all. Within two weeks of doing one half hour section of this DVD, probably every other day, I saw a dramatic difference in my legs and bum.

Results and having fun getting them... has to be worth a try!

I have used this DVD for years (literally years)... It’s fantastic if you like to dance... its in sections which take about 10-15 minutes each...

Dan, the choreographer, has worked with some rather famous clients and knows exactly what works and what bits of the body women need to work on, and makes it fun. Time literally just disappears as you work through the routines.

If you watch the girls dancing with him, they make mistakes throughout the DVD... even the one in gold (watch it you’ll know who I mean)! Even after years of using the DVD I still spot new mistakes, good to know that even professionals get it wrong every so often!
